• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Different generation types consume different amounts of credits
• Credit prices are subject to change with notice

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Create content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse the service or circumvent rate limits
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using our Services. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the Services.

Generated Content: Subject to these Terms, you own the rights to the content generated using our Services and may use it for personal and commercial purposes.
